For muscle relaxation, reducing anxiety, and improving mental stability - MAGNESIUM (I take magnesium citrate, it absorbs the best)

One of my favorite teas in the world is a combination of mainly ginger and turmeric. Ginger and turmeric are two extremely powerful anti-inflammatory spices that you can buy for super cheap at any grocery store!! Trader Joe's sells a box of bagged ginger turmeric tea for $2, but you can buy the straight spices in a bottle and make your own tea.

GINGER + TURMERIC eases stomach pain, headaches, depression, anxiety. Seriously, these spices are powerhouses.

...and to that wonderful combo you can add CINNAMON. According to this study, cinnamon was proven to be a powerful pain reliever for those with menstrual cramps. And it has no side effects!! Plus this spice also generates a feeling a warmth throughout the body in doses of around a tablespoon, relieving anxiety and boosting your mood.

I drink NETTLE TEA often. This stuff is an extremely powerful body purifier, relieving pain indirectly by cleansing the body of toxins and replenishing essential vitamins.

Also you could be deficient in essential vitamins! Do you take Vitamin C or Vitamin D? Those guys will boost your entire system noticeably if you start taking them daily.

Do cinnamon helps to overcome the addiction? I think I should give it a try. Thank you for this informative post!!
