Both times are impossible for me. One is during work the other is in the middle of the night.
You could just meditate at 11 gmt then...
That should be at 6 for you... 
Lets be honest the time is arbitrary anyway, the guy/gal that thought of the meditation is obviously someone from the EST timezone. I am not aware of any astrological events that day.
I might join in... 11-11-1995 at about 11 pm (CET) I was shocked into choosing my spiritual path. So it's kind of my 15th year celebration. I should buy myself a cake.
Is that also crazies day in the us? You don't celebrate Carnival do you?
