Seems like you're still trying to make a choice whether to include animal products or find out "whats the best diet".
Do your research though. Why do you want to change your diet? Are you insulin resistant? Are you becoming vegetarian/vegan out of compassion? Do you need to lose body fat? Is eating meat healthy? What's my plan then? What foods taste good to me? Ask those questions.
I read the title of the post first and initially thought you were obsessing over food trying to lose weight.
Food is a touchy subject with me, I continue my fast when I wake up and eat once or maybe twice a day what I believe is healthy and works....and I'm done. No more thinking of food. It's gotten to that point with me. Trying to see food just as fuel...not a lover.
