Evidence of polarization occuring

Recently I was thinking about some evidence of polarization occuring. For example, I experimented both with kind of STO and STS actions (giving love, displaying genuine compassion / inspiring fear and separateness, tricking into control and domination). I can't say much about resulted feelings from STO actions, but as a result of STS actions I felt high excitement/adrenaline state. It felt like I am feeding on energy sucked from negative feelings of people which were result of my actions. I think this might be some kind of indication that I was gaining in negative polarity (feeling energy that made me high and feeling good).

Apart from that, I wonder if there is some system where you can just see on your mental screen: gained +25 to positive/negative polarity or lost -25 to some polarity. And total score for both. At least that would be much easier to polarize appropriately.

Although, I think I remember Ra saying that polarity is mostly determined from mixing of specific colors in the aura. So, if you can see/feel your aura, are you able to determine your level of polarization? I don't know how it correctly can be measured but let's say would you be able to conclude that you are 40% positively polarized if you see/feel your aura colors?

Do you have any thoughts on that? Maybe you experienced something similar or completely different? Please share.
