So if we pretend that we are in 4th density here and now, and we are being greeted by the sorrows in third density, and we get a little caught up in that, we could remind ourselves that we come from a plane of compassion and understanding, and can automatically harmonise a situation together. Now that would be the birthing of an SMC! As well as a little weight off of the mods shoulders
