I like your interpretation, Herald, it's insightful. Words are important though, I take issue with these specific words:

If anyone comes to Me, and does not hate his father and mother and wife and children and brothers and sisters and yes, even his life, he is not able to be My disciple.

These are not the words an STO entity would speak. This parable might very well tie into these words by Ra:

Nevertheless, it has been tampered with, most likely by a very controlling Catholic church, who ruled for centuries with an iron fist.

There is never separation in a positive message, whenever you see that, you know the source is negative.
