That just seems like such a petty thing to do. Nonetheless, here is a photo of me in my last female life. Then there is a photo of me now. I admit the resemblance is striking! So I may be wrong.
But there is such thing as body karma, which increases the likelihood of, for example, someone's face looking like that of a previous incarnation, or whatever else.
