Inside of you exist infinite light and infinite darkness. The more you focus on one of them the more it manifests. My feeling of your situation is that you are currently searching through the matrix and through the illusion of seperation a mean to lessen the power that seperation has on you. All that you will find will be filtered through those who also share this illusion with you. It can be helpful but ultimately you are the one that contains the answer, the one that contains the power and the one that contains the light and unity necessary to achieve that. The seeking is inward.
As long as you seek outward, you will find temporary relief. That doesn't mean you cannot find help but that ultimately the answer lies within you.

All that an other self sharing seperation can provide you is the conviction that what you seek is already inside of you. If you want to master your outer reality you must master what is inside. What is outside is only a reflection of what is inside. Everything that is is inside. Everything that appear as outside is only illusion of seperation. That doesn't mean it doesn't exist, it just means it is not litteral and it is more like what you could call symbolism. So what can you decode from this situation? What symbolism can be find behind it? What can you learn from it and from yourself? What is it trying to tell you? All of this is inside. Listen to your inner self speak.
