Your Higher Self is not someone else, it is not another identity that is over you. It is your current self as you are when there are less layers of illusions distorting your consciousness.
So the choices that your higher self makes are actually made by you.
You just can't remember how or why at the moment, but if you could you would be in perfect agreement with the choices. Of course you would, you made those choices and then chose to forget. The joys of third density.
