This was an interesting session with good, to the point, questions. But I wonder how this will affect the incarnational cycle of Earth. When will the Earth be closed for incarnation for those entities that are pursuing the negative path or are 3D newbies? I.e. When will only 4d graduates be allowed to incarnate here? I believe that the real change will happen when negatives and unharvestables have stopped incarnating and start to die off (no judgement).

That's an interesting question. I would guess, and assume, that most of the entities that are using this sphere for negative polarization have already mostly incarnated and are currently wreaking their havoc. Again I would make a guess that possible the cut-off date would be the 2012 date that Q'uo referenced in the channeling - once the switch flipped to 4D positive, there's no reason for any other negative entity to choose to incarnate here. From my vantage point I see many of the institutions that allowed negative entities to thrive are becoming quickly dismantled. So, I would guess that this current generation still might have some who are polarizing negatively, and in the next generation we will finish cleaning up the mess.

I certainly have noticed a change on the Planet. While there is still quite a bit of negativity, the younger generations, or Millennials, as they are referred to, seem to be for the most part positive. I feel they, and those born in next few decades will help significantly as the end of the cycle approaches. I do agree with you, in regards to some of them polarizing negatively. It depends on the influence they receive from their parents, and other older entities in their lives.
