I agree with not being "overcome" with lust, but it is not something to be shamed about. It is one thing to have sexual thoughts about someone, and it is another to take that to another level, and act in an unloving manner toward that person. That is what I feel Ra was implying, but that is just my perception of this quote.
I feel that if you approach this situation with love, and understanding, you can navigate the terrain, as it were, better.
