Wow...I think I just experienced multi-dimensional reality firsthand. In my most recent dream I was at my job at Kroger, but there were about 20 Krogers, each one slightly different, but all of them overlapping, and somehow I was standing in the middle of all of them. Each one of them did things differently, and there didn’t seem to be a specific set of behaviors I could engage in that would allow me to do my job in all these dimensions at once. My mind could barely handle what was going on. There was complete order and complete chaos at the same time. I kept asking people walking by what I was supposed to be doing and how I was going to get my job done, but no one seemed to have anything to say that would help me.
As I began to wake up, I had to consciously direct myself back to THIS body in THIS reality, and affirm that I was going to focus my consciousness in only this reality for the time being. I was completely aware of the process of my consciousness re-entering my body after a period of dreaming. I still felt rather disoriented for a few moments.
I’ve recently began trying to alter my sleep patterns after reading Seth Speaks, to take Seth’s suggestion of sleeping in several shorter periods instead of one consecutive 8 hour block. So far some interesting things seem to be happening...
