Yeah, I think questions 24 and 25 show just how much difficulty he had wrapping his brain around the Law of One and how it worked. The questions make it sound like he thinks it's a law-as-in-lawyers rather than a law-as-in-physics.
I also feel like it's in some ways unfortunate that alien-contact enthusiasts are so drawn to this material and often so central to its production and distribution. It can lead to the materials being heavily tilted\distorted towards highly transient or frankly trivial questions. (like that "Men in Black" business) Sometimes reading the early sessions, I'm a little surprised at how much of that Ra put up with, considering he became somewhat resistant to such lines of questioning later on. I guess he was making allowances for how new and foreign his message was to its recipients.
But at least it got into more useful materials when he asked about Wanderers.
