Here is a list of what he was claiming a few years ago:
Free Energy - He says he has invented a device that generates energy/electricity. This by itself would COMPLETELY change the world if implemented. Each home and vehicle would have an energy generator, eliminating virtually all pollution and our dependency on non-renewable resources. Furthermore, it would make our electrical infrastructure MUCH less vulnerable to severe solar storms (which is extremely vulnerable).
Gravitational Propulsion - He has claimed this same reactor can be reconfigured to emit it's own gravitational field. This would revolutionize travel. Because the reactor creates it's own gravitational field, any airship built around it could accelerate to incredible speeds in the blink of an eye without killing it's occupants from inertia. Keshe claims that the only limiting factor he ran into in the atmosphere was air friction at extreme speeds (some absurdly high mach speed that I can't remember off the top of my head). He says the problem that kept arising was the ship couldn't even stay in the atmosphere it was going to so fast (picture twirling a ball attached to a string so fast it breaks the string). I can only imagine what speeds could be attained outside the atmosphere of the planet. This is also one of the reasons he is demanding world peace... He claims an airship built around this technology would make travel so fast you could literally be ANYWHERE on Earth in minutes, making war a terrifying and unsustainable prospect (imagine an armada of ships invading your city from the other side of the planet in 5 minutes). Furthermore he says that if the world were to adopt this technology, borders and countries would dissolve because you can be anywhere you want in minutes.
Energy to Matter - The 3rd piece of the puzzle is the ability to create matter from energy. He has even claimed to have been able to make simple proteins. That essentially means the beginnings of the 'replicator' technology from star trek. One of the largest hurdles of space flight is the need to bring food and water with you. Being able to create matter from energy coupled with the first two technologies I mentioned make long term space flight feasible (although I don't know if he has a solution to the final puzzle piece for long term space flight: radiation). Not to mention the ability to create food and water from energy could end world hunger/thirst.
In addition to those 3 major technologies there, there are numerous other lesser ones he claimed to have invented. One was the ability to change the state of matter from a gas/liquid/solid/plasma at ROOM TEMPERATURE. http://www.keshefoundation.org/applicati...r-cells-en If you know anything about chemistry, that is basically on the level of wizardly. In addition to that, he has claimed to create a device that can disable any and all electronic devices within a large area. He claims to have used some of that technology to capture the US drone over Iran a few years back: http://www.keshefoundation.org/media-a-p...com-part-I . He has even claimed to have created cures to multiple diseases including MS http://www.keshefoundation.org/applicati...lerosis-en
I know due to the nature and number of claims he has made will make most people raise their defenses and just write it off as 'too good to be true'. I believe I have achieved a balance that allows me to neither believe nor disbelieve his claims. As I said before, I haven't been following him very much at all in the past 2 years but I certainly haven't given up on his technologies (although I'm not holding my breath in anticipation).
Edit: Apparently he has finally released his generators for sale: http://www.keshefoundation.org/shop-et-l...f-products If someone wants to risk $1100 US (
), I would appreciate finding out if this actually works.
2nd Edit: I was researching how much electricity these output and stumbled upon this Q and A, which answers pretty much every question and caveat I had about how the system works: http://pesn.com/2015/10/17/9602670_Quest...unit-work/
