There is no curse but the desire to incarnate and experience. A sweet gift and a curse at that.
All of my psychoses have presented themselves to me as myself, or a beloved guide in disguise. Debasing my hold of reality so I may die and be born myself again with new knowledge and understandings.
We have prepared ourselves over many millions of years to meet these initiations in these bodies. And so we must meet them if we choose to with all of our veiled wisdom.
In a way you will need yourself to die in order to continue evolving in 3d. There is no need to suicide because you are already experiencing the death.
