I am very cut off from the astral outside of psychedelic experiences. Always having conscious/unconscious resistance to it. So that slows down the process.

You could consider that this place is not a vibration and way of life which you are used to and acts as a mirror on self. L/L Research Ra quote of the day on facebook was interestingly a bit about how 3D is in term of intensity in regards to other dimensions.

The intensity of fourth density is that of the refining of the rough-hewn sculpture. This is, indeed, in its own way, quite intense causing the mind/body/spirit complex to move ever inward and onward in its quest for fuller expression. However, in third density the statue is forged in the fire. This is a type of intensity which is not the property of fourth, fifth, sixth, or seventh densities.

My view of earth being the healing center, is that it is a great ressource in your reach.
