I am unsure if it was Ra, Quo, or Latwii who said this, but the balancing meditations one does individually can be done externally on the Earth as if you were literally offering balancing to Earth.
I suggest the Middle East needs much balancing. As does a lot of areas spread across the Earth. Mexico, USA, Africa, Australia, China, Japan, the ENTIRE FLIPPING PACIFIC OCEAN -sobs-, and Korea to name a few suggestions.
I will attempt to find the quote but im fairly sure it was NOT by Ra or in the Ra Material but said by Quo, Latwii or Hatonn. I do not remember.
