Polarization thanks to dreams

you actually polarize (work in consciousness) while dreaming.

So we are in a way conscious when dreaming?

I know that I am aware in dreams, I remember a location, or can tell if I am in danger. But it must be a different type of consciousness, because as Homer and the Scriptures say, "Sleep is the cousin of death".
