I have read that this is the concept behind the notion of "blue bloods" speculated to be pure RH-negative blood, and also behind the concept of the master race that the Nazis were trying to create. It certainly is quite reasonable to believe that there might be a mix of native earth blood and extraterrestrial since it would seem that humans are the product of a long hybridization process. Dolores Cannon's "Keepers of the Garden" is in line with that type of thinking, if you believe that kind of nonsense
