When I channel higher vibration energy, it causes pain in my body. It is difficult to ascend my body.

Start at the bottom. Channel earth energy into your red, then orange, then yellow chakra, etc. Once you bring the earth energy "up" to clear your system as high as you can, then you can channel the higher energy "down" without your body reacting in pain. The pain is telling you there are blockages in the chakras (like a plugged up drain pipe). Clear out those chakras and then try to channel the energy down - good luck!!
