Looking in the mirror

I did this exercise for the first time today. It was interesting. My body mostly (95 percent ish) disappeared but couldn't see through me...thats the best way I can describe it. My eyes however did not fade. I couldn't continue for any longer after a certain point I felt a sick feeling in my stomach in the solar plexus also just felt uncomfortable after a certain point. Not sure what to make of it yet but I was surprised by the results. Also, the lighting on my face was strange...at some points my face was glowing, very similar to how someone would appear on a heat sensor but the 'heat' was only in certain spots on my face within the outline of my head. It was neon whitish-yellowish...hard to describe...more like light than a color.

I have always felt mirrors are magical but I've never considered this type of excessive/experience before....cool.
