Light Seeker, we have all experienced this. Especially right now, as we near the Harvest, all of our shadow aspects are rising to the surface where they can be illuminated.
My suggestion is to remember to love and forgive yourself, as you integrate these darker aspects of yourself and heal and transmute them.
The concept of guilt is often misunderstood in New Age circles. In an effort to avoid guilt, remorse is often avoided as well. But remorse is healthy; whereas, guilt is unhealthy if it lingers past the point of reconciliation. Remorse has a purpose: to alert us to that which needs healing.
My suggestion is to allow yourself to feel that remorse, and, as unity100 suggested, take action to remedy the situation as best you can. It might not be possible to 'undo' those actions, but you can resolve to learn from them so they're not repeated in the future. As you are taking these actions, remember to forgive yourself, for only forgiveness breaks the cycle of karma. It's just as important to forgive yourself as it is to forgive others.
Blessings to you for your healing!
