It makes sense anyway since Ra said that bending spoons is the work of the indigo ray.
Specific chakras are linked to one another very much like musical notes in harmonic scales.

i know of no such correlation. red is the base color, the 8th of the last octave and 1st of this, and without it functioning, no other chakra can function. for any higher chakra to do anything, lower chakras need to function.

i dont remember mentioning of any kind of gateway related to heart in Ra material. if you are meaning that contacting intelligent energy by opening 4 centers from bottom up, its different but its still not done from any gateway of heart.
vibrational frequency is related to no particular center by the way - everything vibrates, in different frequencies. green ray activity is just the activity in green ray spectrum. blue is blue spectrum and so on.
