I have found the tangible "chakras" just to be nervous system responses. The actual "energy" flow has been seen to be a complex web, by myself, that I can only compare to a Sun with varying densities of heat. The red-ray enters through the outer-edges, primarily through the legs, and depending on how accepting you are, this energy transmutes through all the colors into pure white light at the core center of the spirit.

Once one has accepted living completely, red disappears from the aura.

Once one has accepted oneself completely, orange disappears from the aura.

Once one has accepted what goes against oneself, yellow disappears from the aura.

Once one has accepted what goes against oneself as the self, green disappears from the aura. (Difficult)

Once one has accepted what everything wants completely, blue disappears from the aura. (Even more difficult)

Once one has accepted as everything inherently complete, indigo disappears from the aura. (Not until the last days of your soul)

Once one has become everything, violet disappears from the aura until there is no more aura and there is only light.
