Sometimes I'll get a warm feeling in my meditation when they're there. Sometimes an inspiring feeling of wellness. It does help fight the sadness and anxiety I sometimes feel. Though in meditation I never detach from reality. I do sometimes get really relaxed though and lose some feeling in my body.
