Thanks for bringing up that thoughts can affect progress. While my actions have been positive, my thoughts have been negative at times. Thoughts create, so I want to create a positive world.

Yes, thoughts affect progress but the ability to express thoughts come from a source. That ability is what is evaluated for harvestibility, not the thoughts nor the actions.
