I'm not sure what you mean by this - I watched the video but I confess I don't see the relevance. If there's a hologram in front of the moon, essentially hiding the real moon behind it from the view on Earth, I'd guess that the controllers hoped to hide any weird goings-on up there.

I should have mentioned that I DO THINK THE MOON IS THERE - JUST COVERED WITH A HOLOGRAM.

I've yet to encounter any evidence discounting the hypothesis that the moon is a relatively recent arrival to our solar system, that it was never part of the Earth, that it was guided into its present orbit, and that it is a hollowed out planetoid used by an alien race for purposes of monitoring and manipulating the Earth. The evidence is overwhelming that it could not have naturally arrived where it is today. Our knowledge of space is quite limited but the laws of celestial mechanics decree that the huge 'moon', in relation to Earth could never have arrived here without intelligent guidance - and this fact proves that someone guided it there.
