IMHO, forgiveness is at the heart of STO polarization. It's the corner stone of acceptance/positivity.

No one is expecting us to be able to fully forgive everything and anything. But I believe that having the intent to forgive is achievable to everyone walking the STO path.

This intent is the first and greatest step towards the stoppage of the wheel of karma.
