Q:How to be happy?
A: Don't fear.
The fear of anything that takes us out of our personal comfort zone. The fear of any outcome that you convinced yourself to be not optimal. We have reached a stage where our survival mechanisms no longer precisely doctrine our interactions with other people. In other words, being afraid of things like "what will other people say?", is a behavior derived from primitive survival instincts which hold true, effective and valid even today in most cases; But in some cases that whole idea is no longer needed. Everything within the boundaries of reason of course. I am not talking about being afraid of hurtful or lethal things. We value life.
