Yes, I remembered Ra saying that we started as all STO and, at some point somebody latched onto STS. The Higher Ones, to use a term I just thought of, must have decided to let it go and see what might result, and concluded that it was a messy 3D but one with accelerated Harvest from it. Gee thanks.

I think that channeled material has quirky language to screen out the unready.
