That I don't so much care about, but I do care about isolating myself from society into a much smaller community of like-minded seekers. While that sounds (very) appealing, I don't think thats why I came here. I have always had a tendency towards isolation. I think regardless of the specifics, I came here to (somewhat) interact with the un-awakened masses. If I wanted or needed an experience of a small community insulated from the 'distortion complexes' of this planet, I would have incarnated into such a community or a different world.
They're legitimate questions. I think we would all love to live in such a community. I'm concerned about the idea of isolation from society also though.
I see nothing wrong with living where you want to..urban, or rural, but the more integrated of a network that is created, the more we can wind and weave about creating a vast community throughout. The more you're in contact with others, the more opportunities that exist in terms of service and providing an example. I would be less resistant to the idea of a community if there was mindfulness about not getting too comfortable. To be in that kind of environment, I just wonder what would happen to the motivation of reaching out to society.

It does seem to be fundamental. The Earth is our foundation and it should be a part of all decisions.
