Currently, my answer is no. I don't have a solid answer but here any my musings, as I have thought about this from the angle of analyzing negative philosophy:
I don't believe complete, balanced self-acceptance and self-love is possible without accepting and loving others.
I think negatives use controlled, conditional self-love and self-acceptance (they love themselves for X reasons, where X is usually related to their abilities, beliefs about themselves and/or power). This is also why when seen negative entities are muddy incolor; though over-bright in red, orange, and yellow, the colors are not fully balanced, they are just have overpowering amounts of energy flowing through them.
Another example of this is that Ra speaks of in order to completely unblock/balance the yellow ray one should love all in relationship with the self. Clearly, this is not what negatives do, yet they have very powerful, bright, if muddy yellows. I think it's because they don't practice a balanced red/orange/yellow, but focus on certain beliefs that basically jam power through those energy centers.
Edit: To clarify and link the thought processes together - just as Ra talks about a positive green centered belief in order to fully pass all energy through the yellow, I believe that unconditional self-acceptance which is a part of the orange necessitates unconditional acceptance of the other, because once one practices the unconditional nature of self-acceptance, separation is no longer possible due to the unconditional nature of the self-acceptance; thus in a certain sense I believe the most balanced orange necessarily requires openings in green. And I think Don's questions of Ra did not completely flesh out the topic; I believe to approach the infinitely crystallized being where all centers are 100% open necessarily depends on all centers being open; at a certain point for example I don't think you have a 100% open and balanced heart without a 100% open and balanced blue (and other rays); they are all linked as we approach 100% percentages -it is easy to understand this if the red, the root, is at 90% then it does not allow all the energy to flow through the other centers; however, I believe each center has an effect on the other centers in some way (Of course in the above-example, you might be able to have a 95% heart open and balanced and a 5% opened blue under this theory)...Or at least I speculate that this is true.
I personally have also been able to overdrive energetically some of my energy centers by focusing on a belief when I was clearly not balanced in that center. Specifically, my orange ray, when it was still pretty much in shambles due to a lack of self-acceptance maybe 16 months back, I could have tons of energy down there when I thought about how fun sex is. I could also force lots of energy into an orange-yellow center area by focusing on how powerful I am. But clearly, there is much more to those centers than those two beliefs.
In any case, these are tentative musings subject to change. I'm definitely interested in other's thoughts on the matter.
