During meditation, I see energy exchanged between my Higher Power (Who is the Creator) and myself. It appears as green dotted lines moving between us, green like the computer screens in "The Matrix." The between part is the force that flows and is shared among all things. E=MCsquared. The photons interacting with all the others is the squared. I try to recall that energy is love.
On a physical level, I see energy as a giant Hershey bar.
