Ra's message is the 'Law of One'. That there is only 'one' creator, and 'one' consciousness. And that everything we see is that 'one thing'.
however, in 3rd density a choice is made between the service-to-others path and the service-to-self path. These distinctions are factual and without judgement. But they seem to have a tendency to cause division within our own consciousness.
roughly speaking, sto=good and sts=evil, in popular connotations. The whole good/evil labels are very emotionally charged though, and much more judgemental than Ra's description of service-to-others and service-to-self.
I've had to overcome this tendency to see 'evil' people as not the creator.
