I've contemplated suicide before. Recently, even. It's almost guaranteed to cross my mind when I get a migraine that's too intense. Extreme pain does some crazy things to the mind.

My husband has been going through some catalyst recently and he sighed it halfway in jest a few times over the past few days. Halfway. :S I just try to remind myself that it's a privilege to be here on Earth, and I'm not too keen on starting all over from scratch, or just giving up. If I can't make it, how can I expect to ever help others to make it? Gotta keep going for those other-selves.
