Meds don't get to the root cause. All they do is suppress the symptoms. Sneezing, runny nose, etc. are the body's way of eliminating toxic substances. Pollen in the air just triggers the release of toxins that had been lying dormant all along.
I've know many people who got relief by eliminating dairy from their diets. But it may take a few months of being dairy-free, to see results, because the body still needs time to clean out all the gooey, gluey mucus that dairy leaves behind (which is a potent breeding ground for toxins).
