When I attempt distance healing or on-hand healing, I imagine green light that looks like a soft mist for healing. And blue light of the same consistency for soothing of pain. And I will usually cloak the hurt area in varying thicknesses of this light in alternating bands of green and blue. Recently a friend spilled hot coffee on her left forearm. She went to the hospital for second degree burns. When I learned of this I offered to try distance healing for her. She agreed and I did not tell her when I was going to do it. I requested, to the general universe, to be able to feel her pain represented on my arm. I suddenly did feel as such (who knows if it was actually her pain and not just my mind in a sort of placebo affect?) and applied green light and then blue light. I imagined it sinking in softly to her arm and then repeated the process several times. I then asked that the universe use my body as a conduit for further healing to flow to her. I asked her if she felt any different. She said that the burning sensation was gone and her arm felt much better. I asked when it started feeling like that and she told me that it did around the same time that I started the first visualization. So yeah, I visualize healing energy in greens and blues. And it would seem to work.
