I find many good aspects to it. For instance, you become more aware of whatever is going on inside.
When writing songs there are intuitive leaps made that I'm surprised I'm capable of sometimes. Or chords that happen before you have thought of them but which are perfect, or notes.

This is interesting. I picked up a dream today as I was watching a DVD of mine and both the dream and the conversation on the film were about 'football'.
It seems to me a nudge toward the fact it is all part of the plan. Or some sort of being 'in tune.'
