I've just figured out the details of one of my previous lives. I won't disclose it fully due to broader implications but it sounds like I went through literal hell. It appears I was a 4th-density positive entity that found himself on a 4th-density negative planet due to war. I understand why I can't fully regress if this was recent. I think I would be traumatized if I saw what happened to me as I am now.
