I'm hoping the books will better prepare me for living a good life, and what to expect. I know about karma, and through forgiveness can eliminate the karma I have stored for myself. Even when I've hurt others.

Yeah they talk about both. A lot about in between lives, but they do talk about their current and previous incarnations, and how it relates to their goals they've set up in-between lives. I will tell you this, regardless, it will change your life forever. They are such an eye opener and it is because of these books that I was able to resolve a lot of issues regarding life in general and the anxiety I had about the negativity that goes on in the world. It helps you understand that we are all allowed mistakes, and that since there are a whole lot of beginner souls in the world today, we have much of the negativity present today (naturally since nobody is perfect from the start). And that being said, it is easier to understand that things will always get better, nothing is pointless, and that we all await a much better place after this world called home. You will enjoy these books and I wait for your response once you have read them.
