That is why the main definition of psychiatry, as well as medicine in general as it all rises from the concept of "are you feeling at ill?" is "if the patient feels an improvement of performance, there can be nothing to diagnose(Unless it is followed by a impairment longer than or more severe than the improvement but in reverse)"
He seems to be content and happy at his state that is why I cant in good conscience recommend doctor for diagnostic purposes. I can, however. Recommend a good research specialist doctor in style similar to House. Who is more along the lines of "lets see if this may have a downside too and now that we are at our strongest check if that downside can be removed or reverted away so that it requires less effort now than it would then."
That is, more of a personal coach of a doctor. That I can recommend. But that is just "me."
