This is interesting. But, from the OP's quote, I think Ra is saying, essentially, 3rd, or even 4th density beings may not be able to move a mountain.

If Love is 4th Density, and Light is 5th...I think Ra is saying, that this sort of understanding typically manifests itself in spiritually adept 4th density beings and, 5th density beings and beyond.
