i pray for both. general stuff like the liberation of the planet and specific stuff like help in the affairs of daily life. the beautifull thing about prayer to me is the only limitations on it are the ones we put ourselves. the angels who take these prayers and bring them higher up the ladder dont care what we pray for. it could be cosmic or it could be personal. they do answer every prayer of that i am convinced. and praying a lot makes me feel good in my body. very good . peaceful would be the best way to describe it.

I don't pray much as I hadn't seen myself as a religious person. But prayer is more than religion, so it doesn't make me religious to do so. Prayer works to make me feel better when I'm feeling down. I don't have to say much, just a few positive thoughts. When things are going worse, it then takes greater prayer to make a difference.
