I was wondering why Ra refers to Ve Gedulah as pertaining to Jupiter (which is male) and not to Venus? (referring to Confused's quote 74.4
)
since they state of it as femaleness.

in this link they refer to Gedulah as water, and left shoulder, both are traditionally feminine (left side is the feminine side).
