Yeah, those discussions can turn into intense debates, especially when people feel an emotional charge about it one way or the other.

Here's a thread about it. With our bodies being 75-80% water, it's certainly an important part of any discussion about nutrition! But since there's already a thread about it, it makes more sense to discuss that topic over there. (Actually, I think there's a 2nd thread someplace about water in general, too.) I'd be happy to answer any questions about Kangen Water on the other thread, so we can keep this one on the topic of food nutrition. For now, I will just say that one's choice of water can have a significant impact on the absorption of nutrients, as well as overall health.
