That's a good list. I would add to it:

Wild Bluegreen Algae from Klamath Lake - Super powerful brain food, crosses the blood-brain barrier, feeds the neuotransmitters in the brain and helps repair neuropathways. Not all Klamath algaes are bio-active. My family and I have been consuming this algae for 26 years. The leading brand also has a 'brain food' extract version with the cell wall removed. It's a concentration of the brain food elements in the Algae. Powerful stuff! Pm me for more info.

Purslane - a weed probably growing in your backyard. Rivals flax seeds for Omega-3 content and it's FREE.

Chia seeds - High in Omega-3's

My hubby and I have a nut milk smoothie made from soaked walnuts or almonds + chia seeds + flax seeds, every morning. I also make green smoothies with purslane. (in fact, I'm about to have one right now!)

And no list is complete without addressing water! None of this stuff will matter much if the brain isn't sufficiently hydrated. Ionized water is far superior to bottled, filtered, or RO waters, for myriad reasons. Especially important for the brain. It's used as part of a protocol for children with brain disorders such as ADD/ADHD, Asperger's, autism, etc. as well as for elderly people with Alzheimer's, etc. Powerful stuff! Pm me for details.
