    I recall reading an article many years ago about the effects of touch vs no touch on infants. In other words, some infants were never cuddled or touched other than to provide minimal maintenance and others were held and coddled etc. It just makes sense to me that receiving loving touch and just love in general would help infants thrive and be healthier. But it is astounding to see the scan results you posted.

    I've also found that the more I love a baby, any baby, the more loved I feel. I got to hold a 6 month old baby girl for a couple of hours today. Bet my brain is bigger for the experience!
