The 'Diet' aspect has reared it's head alot for me recently, and as I understand is one of the 'barriers' preventing my 'growth'. Meat no longer feels good to me at all. Never really did looking back.
I now 'want' to lighten up. I feel so much more better on the days that I do not consume meat that I wonder why I choose to ever go back. It's more out of 'addiction' if anything.
I am looking at an all Organic Fruit/Veg/Nuts combination, with the occasional fish and cooked vegetables in addition whilst I 'ween' myself out of it. Looking quite forward to it actually!
Any 'beginner' tips from your experience to add Pickle? Or even anyone else?
