your natural state is joy/bliss/well being/perfect health...this is when you go with the flow...but when you resist (negative emotions) to what is, you block your well being...but the illness itself does not exist the same as darkness does not exist...darkness is just absence of light...you cannot fill the room with darkness, you can only block the light from coming in...
