I suppose one could also consider this to be the physical manifestation resulting of your 'thought' concentrating on the future. Obviously if you're focusing on a reality where you 'are' older, and thus tuning into preconceived/conditioned notions of what being 'old' means (Wrinkly Skin, Grey hair, Loss of Mobility, Poor Health etc) that the mass collective which is already at that 'age' is also projecting, than it isn't beyond the realms of probability that we're literally manifesting old age, attracting that reality as our own by doing so.
